Billing & Cancellations
Once you verify your account, you can purchase user subscriptions, send tips and unlock posts with a credit/debit card via CCBill. Once you have a valid subscription to a user, you will also be able to chat with them via live messenger. Subscriptions can be canceled at any given time.
Subscriptions run for 30 days from the initial date before automatically rebilling unless canceled before the rebilling date. If you cancel your subscription, you are still entitled to receive service or content on the creator's subscription channel until 30 days from the previous billing date.
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already started and content consumed.

If you would like to cancel your subscription from rebilling, please contact us at email@example.com before the beginning of the next billing cycle. We will respond to your request within 24 hours to confirm that cancellation has been made.
Once a cancellation has been made, you will still have access to your subscription until the end of the initial billing cycle that was paid for.
Wallet Deposits & Tips
Wallet Deposits and Tips are generally available immediately unless there is an error in processing the transaction. If this occurs, we may reach out to you, but we are not obligated to solve your Credit Card processing with your Card Provider.
